The Holstein breed is ideal for high milk production and is characterized by its special adaptability for all forms of husbandry in the dairy industry. Holstein Friesian and Red Holstein are high-performance cows.
Original Pinzgauer can be used as a milk-oriented dual-purpose breed and/or meat breed as well as a crossbreed with meat and dairy breeds with best adaptability and grazing suitability. Due to its strong maternal instinct and good-natured temperament, it is increasingly used in suckler cow husbandry.
The Tyrolean Grey cattle is a dual-purpose breed. It can be used as a dairy breed under difficult environmental conditions, as a meat breed in all production situations and as a crossbreed with meat breeds.
